This compact has a mother of pearl face and a black tassel and was part of the first Christmas Golden Damask. Creates a collection of limited edition pressed powder compacts and solid perfume compacts just in time for the holidays. You may have even received one or given one as a gift. Dating back potentially as far as 1956, more than 1,600. The compact is 2 5/16 inches in diameter (not counting the stem).

The compact has a brass case with mother of pearl (probably faux) front with the Estee Lauder monogram in the center. The compact has never been used. The puff has a back gold fabric with the Estee Lauder signature.
